Excellent:  Previously worn or used with noted minor flaws

Good:  Previously worn or used with noted minor flaws, wearable as is

Fair:  Numerous noted flaws, possibly wearable with care or after repairs

Poor:  Damaged beyond repair, for use as a study piece

      New/old stock hats, have never been worn and have original stock tag  attached.
